Upload only portraits and music you have permission to use, and obtain the participants’ consent. Unauthorized voice cloning, deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual sexual content and exploitation are prohibited. Review performer assignments, selected voices, lyrics, duration and credit quote before confirming. Results and available controls depend on the selected supported capability. A new version or retry requires its own disclosed quote; an uncertain task result must be checked before submitting again.

1. Using this service

These terms govern your use of Make AI Rap Video, operated by the entity named above. You must have legal capacity to accept them. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Your materials and permission

You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorize us and the service providers needed for your request to store, transmit and process them to operate the service. Obtain permission from every depicted or recorded person and all relevant rights holders. Publishing your creation as our marketing example requires separate permission.

3. Safe and lawful use

Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, unauthorized voice cloning, nonconsensual sexual content, exploitation, fraud or infringement. Do not bypass safeguards or access another person’s account or private media. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention or legal obligations.

4. AI results and availability

Available modes and output settings are those shown in the creator and confirmed quote. Preview controls do not promise an available generation service. AI results may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other outputs; review them before use. Copyright protection, exclusivity and third-party rights are not guaranteed.

5. Quotes, credits and payments

When purchases are available, the first release uses one-time USD credit packs, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. Review the credit cost and cancellation or failure terms before confirming a generation. A payment, a reserved balance and a delivered video are different events. Cash refunds require the refund review described on our credits and refunds page.

6. Changes, problems and your rights

We may update these terms or the service and will publish the revised date and appropriate notice for material changes. Changes do not silently replace an already confirmed quote. Contact support to resolve a problem, stop using the service or request account deletion. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
