1. Information and purposes
We process account and contact details, authorized sign-in information, uploaded media and lyrics, project and job records, payment references and technical security logs. These support account access, creation, delivery, customer service, billing and abuse prevention. Optional Google sign-in can provide your name, email and profile information. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Providers and international processing
Depending on the features used, hosting, database, private storage, email, AI processing and payments involve service providers. Our stack includes Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend and Stripe, with AI providers identified by the selected workflow or quote. Processing locations can differ from your country, including the United States. We share data as needed for these purposes, legal requirements or protection against abuse; this policy does not certify a provider’s training or retention practices.
4. Retention and deletion
Our routine media policy makes unfinished uploads eligible for deletion after 24 hours, final failures after 7 days and successful outputs after 30 days from first delivery. These are eligibility periods, not a guarantee that an automated deletion has run. Active jobs, valid references, unresolved results and required accounting, security or legal records may need longer retention. Email support to request deletion; removing an account does not erase required transaction records or copies already downloaded by others.
5. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information or limits on certain processing. Send requests or complaints to the contact above, preferably from your registered email. We may verify identity and explain any lawful limits. You may also have rights to contact a relevant privacy authority. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
6. Security, consent and updates
Projects are private by default and access links can expire; no system can guarantee absolute security. Only submit personal data you are entitled to provide, including any legally required permission for a child’s image or voice. Report suspected misuse or unauthorized disclosure to support. Material privacy changes will be reflected in the revision date and appropriate notices.
